As I was thinking about the word CAPTURE as my "resolution" this year, I began to think how I could CAPTURE my life and landed on an idea that I think is awfully fabulous, but very ambitious. I've committed to taking a photo each day to represent something that I've done. Unfortunately, the first 2 days of the year were a bomb because I had an uncooperative family on New Years' and I didn't take a photo on the 2nd. I'll have to play catch up I suppose. So, I am hoping that each day will be documented here.
I was thrilled to discover that there are others that have undertaken this project in conjunction with Creating Keepsakes 365 days program where scrapbookers document their daily life. I can assure you that I will not be that ambitious because 1. I don't have the time, 2. I haven't scrapbooked in over 2 years, 3. I don't have the time. So these photos will probably end up living on my computer until I can find the time to do something with them.
January 2nd: Christmas stockings being taken down for storage
January 3rd: I attended a stage performance of "The Wizard of Oz" with students that are in our before school tutoring program at school. We were able to go backstage and meet the cast. This is a picture of me in the Wizard's booth.
January 4th: Cheney and I took the boys stomping through the woods. These the hiking shoes that I primarily wear on excursions with Cheney because you never know what you may end up doing.
